Q.Max size

Post by Chrissyr63 » Sun Mar 01, 2015 10:11 pm

Hi

I was thinking of buying some 30lt tubs from Ampulla and then cutting a hole for some taps - make it easier to check the FG while in a fridge. The taps state a 28mm hole and the qmax I have seen are either 27.5mm or 28.3mm.
Which is the best size to use - they are only out 0.5mm smaller (tight fit) and 0.3mm bigger (loose with a possibility of leaks)?
