1500w table top hob

1500w table top hob

Will a 1.5kw table top hob be able to get 2 gallon of wort to a boil. I am going into mini mash 11 Lt brews.

I would think that this would be no problem. I used to use a 3kw element for 35l and you are heating approximately 9l.
