"Permanent" pump/hose set up challenge!

Post by orlando » Fri Sep 04, 2015 8:16 am

Now I have finished my refurb/upgrade I want to streamline the brew day by setting up a pump and hose configuration that means I do not have to swap hoses around but merely switch liquid flow round the system using ball valves. Mine is a 3v set up with 2 pumps and I want to be able to recirculate liquour in the HLT to avoid cold spots and accommodate a RIMS system. First of all here is a picture of the set up, followed by an idea of a pump set p I've found that is close to what I'm looking for. The 3 vessels all have 2 ball valves each and I have 2 L port valves, now need to know what I have to add to this to complete the set up. I also have 5 hoses with quick disconnects each end.
