I built this malt mill so that I can buy grain in 25kg bags and keep it as fresh as possible.
I'm now having to reduce the grain bill of previous recipes due to the high OG. Didn't think it would have made such a difference.

Cool Do you use a feeler gauge to set the distance between the rollers?

I didn't use a feeler gauge.
I milled a little bit and compared it to some crushed grain that I had, I adjusted until it looked the same.

Neat, I've not got a milling machine, but it sounds good, if you can increase your efficiency
