king keg issue - top tap

hi

i recently kegged a pale ale and the 2nd fermentation showed a leak around the tap, i undid the lid and tightened it up. i added a co2 bulb to re-gas it and all was ok. however, it seems to have all expired as the beer trickles out now and stops.

have i ruined the pressure or should i add another co2 bulb to the barrel and leave it a few days to settle again or will the same thing happen?

iirc, when i didn't have the leak problem and primed the barrel normally, the pressure goes after about 4 pints. are these barrels crap?

can i bottle and reprime each bottle or is that too late?
