If you're stuck for space you could use a "jocky box" as they're often called.
Basically you take a cooling box with cooler like the one above or a minifridge and fill with water / put a container full of water in.
Then you fit a sump pump or pond pump (only a little one is needed, the solar pumps would also work) tube it up to your FV which can be as simple as a bit of copper wrapped round the outside with a jacket and there you go, voila.
You still need an STC to do the temp control but it doesn't get much smaller than that unless you look at electrical cooling. Which works but my understanding is using electricity to drive heat from the FV through a heatsink is cheap to make but expensive to run.
