I thought I had given myself plenty of room to work in but looks like it is going to get tight.

Why not consider going for a satin finish it will be a lot easier to look after, I visited a brewery I built for a couple in Gateshead which was clad in bright annealed stainless and after only 8 months of use it had started to lose its shine due to caustic spillage. It still looked good but creates a lot more looking after.

Like what you've done get the kids to brew whilst you sit with your feet up. Then claim it's to help understand chemistry/biology in school....

I spoke to Ruaidhri's science teacher at the parents evening and explained what I was intending on doing and to try and encourage him more to stick in on these subjects seing it would be benificial for him. :)

Control panel has been started, a friend of a friend offered to build this for me and as a wee project for himself hopefully get it back next weekend. I have ordered three heatsinks after noticing on stetmash's post that he had them fitted to the SSR's (better safe than sorry) so hopefully they will be here shortly.

Looking good...one of those heat sinks would easily cool 3 SSRs if your short on space....
