Thanks for posting about the extra o-ring Tom, picked up a handful from local plumbers and seems to work a treat. Tapped 2 kegs this evening, one with the dodgy dip tube, and both formed perfect seals.... so cheers! :)

Will be using them as a matter of course from now.

It's a bit cheaper than buying a new dip tube. Although they were kind enough to send me the new one free of charge :D

Hi, I don't mean to hijack this discussion but also didn't want to create a new one. I have used these for some time now and they have worked reasonably well until this and my last brew. I have leaking around the rim at the top. Yesterday I replaced the rubber gummy cap and the dip rod, thinking the leak was coming from either of these. Did not resolve the problem. Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this and how to address it? Look forward to any advice. Cheers, N.

You may notice that the tap is pulled up, this is not the case when I'm using it, I do have it properly locked onto the mini keg.
