Hi all

Thanks for the feedback. I will look into the options and see what is available locally. The problem is that if the products are not supported locally and you pick up a problem (or need it calibrated) you are screwed.

Not really.

A thermopen will cost you 2-3 quid to post.

I find my bog standard HBS glass thermometer agrees within half a degree with my Thermapen. I like having the Termapen though, not that being calibrated it necessarily an indication of accuracy.

Just wish the exchange rate was better. At x20, it becomes quite pricey for a thermometer.

I doubt you'll have any issues with a therampen.

Just noticed they are down to £28 on eBay too!
