Wow its been a while since i posted in here :D , ive now sold the brewery and moved north (Peebles in Scotland) that was all due to domestic reasons, but i`m now happy and settled again, and yes i`m going to start another brewery :D , but this time i`m buying one, even though i enjoyed the build i now know a lot more about commercial brewing so just going to get one from work :D, hoping to be on here a bit more now to, so hopefully some old friendships will be restored :D

That looks the mutz nutz to me :D
Intially i was going all out with an 8bbl but premises for that size are proving rather difficult to find, even though the Borders Council had an ideal unit they were dead against me making any changes for drainage, so that ruled that out, howerver a small unit that is right on my doorstep and privately owned as come up, ive met with the owner and he`s more than keen to have a brewery in there, but i could only fit a 4bbl in, so i`m thinking of still doing the odd install for PBC and setting up the brewery which will work for a while.
Who do you work for Sam ?

I think Freewheelin started up in Peebles last year, there is a guy in Walkerburn he was building units a few couple of years ago Think his name is Davie Barbour DCB welding design 01896 870596 may be worth a try. Pop over if ye are free or give me a call you could come in handy. :)

Got divorced quite a while back, but it was a very smooth one lol, since met a lovely lassie up here in Peebles, while on one of our mountainbiking trips to Glentress 18 months ago, quite bizarre really but things have a way of working themselves out, we are now engaged to be married next year :D , hence why i`ve now relocated up here, well ive not fully moved as yet but i spend a lot of time here, due to being able to do parts of my job from a laptop anywhere, which as been a real bonus :D , so obviously the next step for me is to get a brewery up and running asap.
