It’s not exactly xmas time …but what I have in house I'll provide you with pleasure

but instead building a DIY solution why you don’t evaluate to buy a SmartPID controller :-)

I would love to evaluate a SmartPID, send me one and I will do a write up on it controlling a Grainfather ;-)
