I don't think you got the rollers in the right place. The lower roller catches the grain and takes it between the drive roller and the lower roller.
Well thats how I see it.

I should mention there are only two rollers in my design, the bottom is just a drive "wheel" so to speak

Ahh I see, there was me thinking it was a 3 roller that you were doing
