Cheers fellas! Will give them a look. Can't wait for my next brew day, almost there Image

Need to rethink the HLT shelf a bit, when 3/4 full the shelf begins to dip so need some centre supports. Also going to swap the pan for a higher flat surface, pan was just to test ha ha

ive one of them sports drinks coolers that im hoping to use as a mash tun. hopefully it will work well.

Works fine mate, doesn't seem to lose much heat over a 90 min mash. I add the water well above strike temp so it warms the tun as cooling down to mash in temp

Just planning my sight glass. Thinking of a tank connector with an elbow on the outside. Not sure how to attach the pipe though. Would a normal compression fitting not break the pipe? Cheers
