Ive just got the quote for a 80l thermopot for making a FV from.
its going to live in the close to ambient temperature brewshed, without a mains power supply till next year, i think i can keep a leisure battery 90 ah charged to supply a one or 2 of these..

If only 2 are enough a 90 ah battery should last 15 hours on full time
hopefully that should be enough to maintain it for a 24 hour period? hopefully a lot longer.. hopefully one on its own may suffice?
i plan to fix to the bottom of the inner skin and re-insulate behind them for maximum effect, they should be safe as they are designed to work in an enclosed space, and if they can heat hands thru gloves on a cold ride should do the job nicely, I know exactly how cold your hands can get on a long chug on 2 wheels when Cold...

cooling can wait till the warmer months and hopefully a structural electric supply..

finally it will be interesting to find if i can hold pressure inside, but will need to read up on prv's first, but my initial thoughts are adding mass to the lid may suffice.

any ideas for alternative or tried and tested dc voltage heating solutions?
ist update for months n months..
