Mini-Keg Tap Solution - where to get the parts

Some chap in the US has what looks like a really neat cheap solution to help out any mini-keg users make the keg last longer and pour better.

Only problem as usual is sourcing the parts in UK such as the PL200 plastic barb connector with a shoulder.

Has anyone in the UK ventured down this route for min-kegs (or better at searching out the parts ??????)
