yet another question

I have just got a stainless fermenter

http://www.polsinelli.it/en/shop/stainl ... enter.html

It came with a 1/2" stainless steel tap which can be split into 2 pieces and has an intergral spout.
I also have a 3 piece stainless valve which I could use but would need to also use a 1/2" running nipple and a 1/2" hose barb ,therefore having 3 threaded areas instead of only one with the supplied tap ( which I could just push a silicone hose on to fill my barrel)
what is better the greater ability to dismantle the 3 piece tap or the lesser number of threaded areas of the simpler tap?
Of course I would dismantle and soak in starsan each time I brew

I'd be happy with the two piece valve so would stick with that
