Mash tun too small

If only, pic of a Lauter tun I was working on this week

40,000 ltr capacity mash cycle every 4 1/2 hrs x2 = 400,000 per 24hr

10 ton of grist required each mash, no hand mill here

Then fill these final volume is 8/9 % after distillation @ 70% proof
