Corona mill and grain crush size

If you can see the pics below, can you guys tell me if this crush is fine? Also, i'm using a corona grain mill however, i'm having to put washers on the main frame as without them it's just turning everything to flour. Very weird as the tensioner is then not even on it, anyone have this issue?

This is mine with Corona, no extra washers needed, I only adjust it once a year if even that and then store it in a positions where the wing nuts are not touched.

Looks about the same, and I get around 90% mash efficiency so the crush has to be good.

90% wow that's fantastic. What do you do with the flour, throw it all in the mash? Really strange why i have to use washers though, as i said without them and the crush with the tensioner off is just too much

I do get a little bit of flour and it all goes in. To adjust the settings there is a balance between the 2 wing nuts and the big wing nut in the end on the left in which I have 5 threads showing.
