Corny service

Post by Brewer » Sun Apr 06, 2014 9:24 pm

Hi guys
Due to recently loosing all my gas to a leak I have decided to service my kegs for 1st time. I have discovered the leak was from the relief valve , can someone tell me where to purchase these? I will also be changing all The O rings on the 2 kegs I have, where could I purchase these aswell?
Any other help and advice would be greatly appreciated

Cheers

Norman numpa can supply new seals kits (£5) (thats 2 In/Out Post Seals and 2 Tube (1 for gas tube and 1 for liquid out tube) seals and 1 lid seal) so 5 seals in all, and he also sells new corny lids with relief valves (£25). http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/normannumpa?_ ... 7675.l2559 or just google "ebay normannumpa"

I had the same problem not very long ago. I bought mine from copper kettle as they were cheap and postage was more reasonable than anywhere else.

check out this aussie forum post and its replies for buying cheap but superior silicone orings in bulk via ebay.

I found it a week or so AFTER buying 12 x red silicone lid rings via candirect in germany, HA!

the nitrite oring kits can be got from ebay US sellers for a few quid and even with pnp cheaper than in the uk, BUT dont buy more than 3 or 4 sets at a time as when the cost comes to more than £15 u get vat n import handling charges
ist update for months n months..
