I'm in the process of making some turbo cider for a lads and girls weekend away which is going to be force carb'd and transfered to an as yet unused Ecofass keg. It's a bag-in-a-keg setup where the 'gas in' goes around the bag so you can use anything you want... I will be using air from a party pump. The point being that no oxygen will get to it.
Any way, in order to fill the keg I need a spunding valve... it slowly lets gas escape while providing back pressure to prevent foaming. I actually have one that fit's a corny gas in post but the Ecofass kegs use a Sankey keg connector.
Can anyone help with how I could connect the two? Or if not then how I could sort a spunding valve and gauge for the sankey connector.
