Large Beer Bottles 750ml where to buy?

Post by Belter » Sun Sep 21, 2014 9:57 pm

There was a post before by Steve in France but I'm not sure what the outcome was. I'm looking for a small quantity of brand new 'leffe' style bottles. Without beer in them. Any ideas?

Cheers

Lee

Why not just scrounge some champagne bottles if you just need a small quantity? Just a thought.

That's some cheap banana juice right there.

I couldn't find what I wanted at BrewUK :(

Would love them mate but you're like the other side of the world to me. I don't know anyone up there either :( Thanks for the offer though. I'd tear your arm off if you were a lot further south.

The last time I tried Leffe it was amazing. I thought it was a one off but my palate might have changed. I'll go and buy two bottles and see :)

The brune is much better than the blonde I think. They also have another couple in tesco, a ruby one and another.

So you'll have to buy four :o

I've really enjoyed the Brun & Ruby tonight.

A bit closer to you ...though still a bit of a trek for a few bottles. Perhaps you cpould pick up some other stuff at the same time! https://www.hopshopuk.com/products/view ... mber-750ml

Thanks for that but I should have said I'm after crown cap or corked.

I ended up buying two bottles of Leffe Brunne today. They didn't have any ruby.

Next up is where to buy champagne corks but I haven't looked yet. I'm sure they're easy to find

Over here the cider is in 750ml champagne bottles but they are green. That said at about 90p full! I have built up quite a collection. I just use the bigger crown cap on them thanks to the advice I got off here. If you werent too fussed about colour champagne bottles could be the answer as ypu can crown cap them. Sub.
