Suitable temperature controllers

Hi Fellow brewers.... I have recently acquired a tall slim Coca-Cola drinks fridge in perfect working order and I am looking for a cheap temperature controller to use as a back-up beer fermentation fridge come bottle fridge. I saw a cheap controller on amazon and would appreciate anyone who is electrical minded as to whether it would be suitable. Get an STC1000 mate, cheap as chips and easy to setup. There is a really good video on YouTube by a Dutch guy. Got mine working in minutes

the stock photo is wrong on this listing you actually get a elitech stc1000


the one you list is

Relay Contact Current: AC 5A / 220V

i would get the one i got much better spec

That one you linked to only does heating OR cooling. Look for an StC-1000 on amazon and search the forum as there is plenty of info on how to set it up.

That's what I like about this forum.... Quick informative replies. I was having another look on Amazon and found this.... Digital STC-1000 All-Purpose Temperature Controller Thermostat Aquarium w/Sensor. And thought.... I remember reading about that in the past. So I come back on here and Bingo.... Same feedback.
