Pm/email/phone Mark, in my dealings with him i get the impression if he can send you out a few spare he will.

you can get away with only using 2 tho, you only need em on the live and neutral terminals, earth should be bonded to the element metal anyway.. i used crimp on eye's to fit my terminals, once fastened tight the fitting can be bent to feed the wire upwards the threaded pole easily and containing the live metal within the area around the pole which you could then sleeve or tape to isolate further.

for further protection i cut a section of ptfe pop bottle to wrap around the taped up terminals within the metal shroud..

if your really stuck you could mix up some non conductive epoxy resin and let it cure in a small round mold (candle wax?) when you have a small disk you can drill out an eye to thread it down the pole ;) you want something rigid to maintain the contact when you tighten up the terminal nut.

good luck
