Nitrogen Gas line coupling washer

I'm a few weeks of using my corney keg for the first time. So I have been looking at the gas set up using the N/CO2 gas cylinder and mixed gas regulator I have been given second hand. I have noticed quite a bit of ware and tear on the silicone ring/ washer on the end of the gas line plug that screws into the gas cylinder. Does anyone know if I can get a replacement silicone ring/ washer. And if so where from?

if you have any john guest fittings inside they have o rings which may fit
