Looks ok to me but am no expert.
Looks like other regs where it screws onto the cylinder with 2 dials and an outlet

Looks like the same sort of make as my triple regulator.
Tip, Turn the screw anti clockwise to turn the flow off when you connect up the gas, turn on the gas bottle, the top dial should go past the red . then turn slowly clockwise to gas up the keg to 1 bar.
I turned the dial the wrong way and gassed a corny up immediately quite high

Think "volume control" like on an amp, rather than a water tap
