MASH TUN DISASTER!

Post by Dgrant81385 » Fri Jan 30, 2015 9:07 pm

So.... yeah I broke my mash tun today.

Had just made my manifold all be it a bit wonky and rubbish but works.

Started to connect my tank connector when it just split.

I suspect it was because my tank connector was going through all 3 layers rather than just the inner wall.

I say suspect, but I'm 100% that's why it broke!

But another has been ordered same one now I know my mistake.

Same one because I had just finished my wonky manifold!

The crack had chunks missing so probably more than worth the hassel. New one should be here friday.
