I use mine inside a garage, good ventilation but it is well sheltered. I'm not sure it will quite have enough power if you use it outside, although I believe some people do.

I'm planning on sheilding it with breeze blocks to kill the wind chill

Yep i got mine from the same website. Been using it for a 100 litre pot and it's handled it fine
