Spare parts for Hi-Gene Beer Engine

I have managed to obtain an old Hi Gene triple beer engine.

2 of the pumps are working but 1 does not.

I have striped this down, to also get an idea how they go together and see if I can fix it.

One of the fittings is broken. It is the attachment between the last length of tubing to the actual dispenser tap from the top of the pump cylinder.

Anyone know where I can get parts for these?
