STC-1000 Probe Replacement

My STC unit is displaying 74c in the brewery. I'm pretty sure it's not that hot out there!!

I use the probe in the HLT, the mash tun and the boiler. Yesterday, I reckon it came into contact with a 3kw element which knackered it out.

Are there any durable replacement probes out there? Or, at best another crappy plastic replacement?

It is a 10k ntc so I have ebay item 111057221128 saved as a possible item.....

Yep any 10-K ntc will work. Get one with a SS probe and 2M of cable for best results.

Just to confirm... it works.

Not sure if it's water proof though...
