Luckie Ales brewery for sale

Post by edonald774 » Wed Jan 27, 2016 12:50 pm

Folks,
one of our club members is Stuart McLuckie who is the owner and brewer of Luckie Ales, he is retiring and selling his brewery and branding.
Thought I'd post here incase anyone was interested.

For all enquiries, please contact Stuart directly on: stuart.mcluckie@blueyonder.co.uk

I'm retiring as soon as I sell my brewery (I'll be 66 in a few days!) and was wondering if you can circulate an email to SCB members about the sale. There is absolutely everything needed to produce the finished product (2 barrel copper with 45kw propane burner!) - more than 30 casks, hoses, pumps, tools, heaters, 1200ltr fermentation capacity. If anyone is interested, they can enquire for full details via my email address. I'm next to Markinch station so the buyer has easy access to a big, cheap unit if wanted. I'm also willing to sell the Luckie Ales brand including all the (professionally designed) artwork and provide training.

That's a shame, he made some really excellent historical based beers. Hope he finds a good buyer
