EBay is where I got mine, be aware when you add hot liquids they become very soft. Ok for the shake shake and squeeze but seriously leave it for 4 hours before trying to pick it up

These are the type i use although mine are half the capacity. I then got some large rubber bungs from brewuk that fit the container so i can ferment straight from the cube when it has cooled down.

I have three the same as that - 1 x 25L and 2 x 10L. I got them filled with RO water from my local Aquarium Centre. The water was 10p per Litre and 5 or 6 quid for the 25L can. Can't remember what the 10L ones were but less than that.
Best wishes

Dave

one tip, email the ebay seller for a few spare lids too, the ones provided are 'single use' tamper proof type, and the seals are the weakest link in the 'use' chain. I also ferment in the 'cube' and have drilled some lids with holes for airlock bungs (tho a loose lid works well too, if fermented without any aerating you can getaway with the smaller headroom as a big kraussen is unlikely, so far (fingers crossed) all i have brewed this way completed primary cleanly without stalling in the brewfridge..

also dont bother callibrating/marking up with volume levels, the first no chill heat and cooling will deform the cube rendering any volume markings as useful as those found on Ritchie brewbuckets ;)
ist update for months n months..
Fermnting: not a lot..
Conditioning: nowt
Maturing: Challenger smash, and a kit lager
Drinking: dry one minikeg left in the store
Coming Soon Lots planned for the near future nowt for the immediate :(

Eventually your cube will stain and you'll know where exactly 23 litres is

But yourself a Fresh Wort Kit of your liking and ferment the wort into beer (enjoy!), leaving you with an empty cube that has proven its ability to handle hot wort and seal well.
