Tap with greater flow to replace electrim tap

Post by Bigster » Tue May 12, 2020 11:36 pm

My electrim boiler is to become my HLT for my new purchase the Grainfather.
A tap with greater flow is what I am after.
Has anyone done this and able to share thoughts please?

Thanks

I did the same thing with an old boiler.

I installed a 15mm lever ball valve.

I used a tank connector and a 1/2" bsp socket.

I have also added a 12v solar pump and I can set the pump rate to allow a steady continuous sparge.

These are the parts you need.
