brewing gloves

Post by Dave.T » Thu Nov 11, 2021 9:22 pm

Hello, it's Christmas list time. Have any of you had experience with the Brewferm gloves on Brew UK, are they worth the money or are they glorified marigolds.

I cannot comment on those but I use one of the following:

Silicone BBQ gloves (similar to these):

Or red PVC gloves from Screwfix (I have both types)

The Brewferm and Blichmann gloves look like the gloves I bought through a restaurant / janitorial supply store and I see them all the time in breweries. They are a nice weight and very comfortable.
Sommeliers recommend that you swirl a glass of wine and inhale its bouquet before throwing it in the face of your enemy.

I use these gloves from mss as lt miller:

They are long and thick and work well. If I have one minor criticism is that size-wise they are a bit bigger than I would udeally like. But I can’t imagine brewing without them now
