They are independently switched in two different sockets and the sockets are on different ring mains. Just put two in because I might want to brew longer lengths at some point.
I built the shed when I moved here a couple of years ago. It was a1970s bungalow in original condition and so needed completly rewiring.
So I built the shed with the intention of making it a brewery. To that end it is shiplap on the outside 100mm of insulation and moisture resistant plasterboard on the inside. The electrics are surface mounted in channels. There are two rings in 4mm T&E, one radial circuit that feeds a waterproof socket in the green house which ajoins it and a lighting circuit . A bit belt and braces but I had the luxury of starting from scratch . Also I am a retired engineer and so worry about everything
