Stainless steel buckets
Stainless steel buckets
We all like a bit of shiney
12 litre SS buckets for £8.85....not quite builders bucket size.
A good mate found these, and I now have 4 to replace my tried plastic ones. Which are now £4.

There is also a lid, if you need.

Re: Stainless steel buckets
Mash,
Good find, I like a bit of shiny!
Better to have one and not need it, rather than need one and not have it!
MrsAles.....What do you want two for? You won`t even use one.
Me.... You can use them for planters in the garden. Those plastic ones in Aldi are £6.99 and not SHINY!

Re: Stainless steel buckets
I confess I had 4 ... Just in case.
Re: Stainless steel buckets
I’ve resisted. So far.
I am suspicious of the fact tha5 they’ve not identified the grade of stainless steel.
That and the fact that I can’t quite decide if I need any buckets.
If anyone knows of anywhere to get a (set of) stainless steel funnels at a sensible price, I’m in!

This steel is not magnetic, I have already tested. So not a high ferrous content.Cobnut wrote: ↑Wed Apr 27, 2022 7:57 pmI’ve resisted. So far.

Nice quality, certainly not bean tin with sharp edges.
Go on.

Re: Stainless steel buckets
I'd buy one but I'd feel compelled to then buy a milkmaids outfit and a cow.

Did you know, if you bend 304 stainless it becomes magnetic on the fold.MashBag wrote:This steel is not magnetic, I have already tested. So not a high ferrous content.Cobnut wrote: ↑Wed Apr 27, 2022 7:57 pmI’ve resisted. So far.

WA,
You are such a tease!
Are you trying to make me spend more money than I ought?
I really should save it to spend on malt, which has got more expensive since that man in Moscow decided he fancied a bit (more) of his neighbour's backyard.

They are SHINY!
Better to have a funnel and not need it, rather than need a funnel and not have one!

Re: Stainless steel buckets
OK I'm convinced.
Will ask Mrs Cobnut to order as she has a Prime account which will save me £4.99 in postage; that should pay for the malt for a brew! (b)
