Hi peeps, back again after a few years away! I used to be EccentricDyslexic and I built an automated home brew system some may remember.
Anyway I’ve moved to france and have my brew stage arriving today:-) so, will soon be back brewing. I’m going to convert a small well house into my brewery over the next few months.
Anycow… my boiler has seen better times and I need something to replace it, ideally insulated. Any suggestions?
What are you chaps using these days?
Ta

Steve,
Had a thought, if you are getting back into, was there anything you wanted to change. Is now the time to review your kit completely and spoil yourself with something new and shiney...may be a one pot system?

No idea why I didn’t see this reply, will check my settings.
I’m in the Charente16210 Chalais:-) hoping to set up my auto brew in my old office here.
Anywho, what was the name of the device that allows you to pull gas (co2) into a keg as you pull off a pint via a beer engine?

I set up a full msg automated 3 vessel brewing station controlled by a laptop and Visual Basic. I’ve since learned c# so will likely be reviewing the whole kiboodle…
