Five gallon buckets

Post by Rookie » Thu Jun 09, 2022 3:56 pm

I had to go to Lowes home improvement store to find a five gallon bucket as none of the homebrew stores carry them anymore.

Not really a thing out here. Maybe if home growing is legalized they will be.
MoreBeer has a lot, starting at 6 US gallons for $16
My LHHBS has several as well.
Sommeliers recommend that you swirl a glass of wine and inhale its bouquet before throwing it in the face of your enemy.

How strange that seems to me. I guess there is the whole carbouy thing going on, which I’ve never understood, plus fancy fermenting under pressure things.

I hadn’t thought of that. Just search “food grade bucket”
Tractor Supply has 19 liter buckets for $5.50
