I have finished the build and have some pics. I love this method of brewing and the results are exactly what I want. How do I share pics?
Honestly love, I haven't bought any more brewing gear!

Have a look here for the method.

A word of warning. There's a bug in the system. If you upload several photos and then press preview you lose all but one photo. Very annoying, but that's just the way it is.

So, write your text, add the photos and press 'submit'. Do Not press preview!!

Method 2 is better as we are not then reliant on a third party host.
That bug will be going away soon when the board is upgraded.

Wow! Lots of shiny, lots of valves and a wonderful control panel. Gorgeous.

Even better is that you like the result.

An inspirational build. You obviously put much thought into your new process. It would be lovely if you kept the forum informed of your progress while the system beds in.
Without patience, life becomes difficult and the sooner it's finished, the better.

Talk us through the decision making on why the MT doesn't sit flat. Not seen that before.

First brew went really well, I have 60l snub nose pressure fermenter and 60l buckets so that is my final limits.
I have made 54l into the fermenter using this system but its really full. I fill 70l of water from the hot water tap (combi) and get to about 73 degC, then I can use this to fill my mash tun. I am usually still covering my HLT coils but am 6l short of sparge water. When I add 6l I'm usually at about 68DegC in HLT and the set point is now set to 68.5.
When mashing the temp measured at the HLT is 68.5 and the wort returning to the Mash (measured at the return point at the tun) is 67DegC.
When sparged the boil kettle is about 65l in my 71l kettle.
If anything the boil kettle is marginal and may have been better as a 100l but I didn't have the space and with care when coming to the boil it just gives me enough to put 54l in the fermenter.

The 50l Mash is on legs as I have used this:

I am using 5.5KW heaters so the PWM logic from the first Eurotherm goes through the relay for HLT or Boil Kettle as selected by the key. This means I can use the same controller to do both as I can only select one at once. You can see how full my boil kettle is
