How do people best clean these out... mine is looking a little grimey on the inside - cheers :D

Buy a new one :D

You can pick up 50 feet of 3/8 poly tube for a pittance nowadays, then use as required

how about tying a length of string to a small brush and a large needle on the other end, thread through when its dry, soak and then pull brush through. Will it work okay?
