Just bought a tub of this, & instructions say to just put a gallon of warm water with 4-5 teaspoons of powder into the fermenter. Then to swirl well & leave for 10 minutes or so. Does this sound right? I would of thought you had to fill it all the way up?

I did my first few brews with Wilko Bruclens. Followed the instructions to the letter, and worked just dandy.

Don't swirl, put the lid on and give it a good shake.

Then rinse and do the same with Star San mixed with bottled water.
