Can anyone tell me what dosage they use with this in 5L of Ashbeck water please? I'm reading conflicting dosages and don't want to ruin my insides

Well the label says 1oz per 3 gallon of water.

In proper units that's 28 ml per 11.35 litres, which equals about 2.5ml per litre.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast, Seaweed, Blood, Sweat, The swim bladder of a sturgeon, My enemies tears, Scenes of mild peril, An otter's handbag and Riboflavin.
