If you were just using water, I'd really recommend using a cleaner too. I did a full boil with water after installing the parts in my boiler, but a whole load of scummy crap came off with a cleaner after that too.Alkey wrote:Yes did a full boil after installing the parts, nice to have plenty of headspace as well.
