Evenin all! Just wondered if anybody had experience using these sorts of wipes? They claim to be suitable for food preparation and are non-tainting.

Food probe sanitising wipes?
Re: Food probe sanitising wipes?
Hi Nick,
Most of these "non tainting" products are based on quaternary ammonium compounds, which can muck up head retention. I could be wrong here, but I'd always recommend sticking to bleach or dedicated brewing disinfectants.
There IS a wipe type product that some homebrew shops sell called aquadosa, but I've never used it, or researched it, so couldn't recommend.

Cheers Max, I'll look into the aquadosa thing. I'm just trying to avoid using a lot these sterilising products as 1 I seem to using gallons ang gallons of water and 2 my hands are having a bad reaction them.
