CIP Cleaning in place

I am thinking about building a bigger brewplant. How do the CIP systems the breweries use work, any links for more details? Hand cleaning is not exciting.

Tanks in work are cleaned in place with 10% caustic solution via a sprayball. Use caution (goggles, gloves etc) when using caustic. It's nasty stuff. Do not mix with bleach.
