Hey all, I've recently dug out my plate chiller I bought a couple of years back and tested it out with boiling water to see how quick I could cool 23L of water & managed it in 19 mins from boiling to 22C now I am wondering would it be ok to sterilise my plate chiller with videos solution before and after use ??
