I am not a Sommelier, but I will try to review this in my own way!
This bottle has been in my possession for a week so should have settled nicely. In the fridge for one hour.
Good Phffttt on opening, Great aroma already!
Smell the Cascade Hops? No!, It`s Citra Banging out there! Glorious! Very Hoppy, a lovely Summer drink.
The pics don`t show this Beer in It`s true light, I don`t know why there is there is no froth, I`ve seen pics of this Beer and it looks 10 times
better than this! (Look on Brewdays). Armchairs pics are better than mine!
I know he is biased towards his own Beer, but his review and pics are better than mine!
