Drumhead Brewery - Baildon Gold 4.2%
Pours a deep wooden oak colour, with a foamy head, that doesn't stick around, very loose. There is sadly no carbonation in this ale, reminds me of a still cider.
On the nose you get toffee and a mild earth aroma.
On to the flavour and you get a very sweet toffee and caramel taste, which leads into as lightly spicey earthy orange taste.
Not my cup of tea to be honest, but john did tell me he struggled to get this carbonated.
