Hey guys,
I have been keeping an eye on a new water chemistry calculator for a little while now and just the other day, a version was released for metric brewers like most of us here. It is unique in that it can analyse your grain bill for any particular brew and predict the effect on pH it will have, allowing for more precise adjustments of salt additions.
It is an excel spreadsheet, and will also run in openoffice. The author seems to do regular updates too.

Good new water chemistry calculator
(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!
