Water profile for a Roggenbier

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

Hi all,

i am planning to do a roggenbier this weekend based on the recipe in the Greg Hughes book but i don't know where to start with creating a water profile in bru n water.

To date i have only ever made pale ales, IPAs and a stout so this will be my first foray into german beers.

My water, Glasgow, is very soft with little in the way of anything in it so i can create pretty much anything.

Any advice will be greatly received as always.
