This would be great if it were available on amazon.co.uk, but the link takes me to the amazon.com site and when I try to complete the order it redirects me to amazon UK where I cannot complete the order :@

Just do a search for the author on the UK (or your local) site and you can then download it.

Maybe I wasn't totally clear: there's an introduction in the book written by ... you? And Andreas makes reference to a non-German Berlin resident who he credits with growing the craft beer scene in Berlin. Also you?

LOL that isn’t me but there are a couple of candidates, I will have to take a look and see if I can figure out who it is.
